KYC Reminder Flow

AdminSphere ships a scheduled flow, KYC Reminder Scheduled, that runs once a day and emails the account owner about KYC reviews that are due soon. It’s installed inactive, so no reminders go out until you activate it.

Each day the flow looks at KYC reviews whose Status is Not Started or In Progress, that have a Due Date and an Account. When the due date is within the next 14 days, it emails the owner of that account. It sends at most one reminder per review every 7 days, and records the date in the review’s Last Reminder Sent field.

  • You need the System Administrator profile.
  1. Go to Setup → Process Automation → Flows.

  2. In the list, click KYC Reminder Scheduled. It opens in Flow Builder, in a new browser tab. The toolbar shows the flow as Inactive.

  3. Click Activate. The badge changes to Active, and the button becomes Deactivate.

  4. Close the Flow Builder tab. You don’t need to change anything in the flow.

  • In Setup → Flows, the Active column is checked for KYC Reminder Scheduled.
  • In Setup → Environments → Jobs → Scheduled Jobs, a job named admsphere__KYC_Reminder_Scheduled-1 appears with the type Scheduled Flow and a Next Scheduled Run.
  • You can’t find the flow in the list. The list is sorted by flow label. Scroll down to the K’s.
  • No reminders arrive. The flow only emails about reviews that match all of the conditions above. Check the review’s Status, Due Date and Account, and its Last Reminder Sent date.
