Campaign Layouts
AdminSphere adds three campaign record types for client outreach, each with its own page layout. This step assigns each layout to its record type, so campaigns of that type open with the right layout.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- You need the System Administrator profile.
- Know which profiles to change. Assign the layouts to every profile whose users hold an AdminSphere permission set (typically your Standard User profile and any custom profiles your team uses). Profiles of users who never use AdminSphere can keep their current layout.
- Campaign layouts are assigned per profile and per record type.
Which layout goes with which record type
Section titled “Which layout goes with which record type”| Record type | Layout |
|---|---|
| Annual Review Reminder | AdminSphere Annual Review Campaign Layout |
| Regulatory Change Notification | AdminSphere Regulatory Change Campaign Layout |
| Renewal Outreach | AdminSphere Renewal Outreach Campaign Layout |
-
Go to Setup → Object Manager → Campaign → Page Layouts.

-
In Page Layout To Use, choose AdminSphere Annual Review Campaign Layout. The selected cells change, in italics.

How to check it worked
Section titled “How to check it worked”Go back to Page Layout Assignment. In the rows you changed, each of the three record type columns shows its AdminSphere layout.
If something goes wrong
Section titled “If something goes wrong”- A column still shows Campaign Layout after saving. Click Edit Assignment, set that column, and save again. What you already saved is kept.
